CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Barre

This total body workout combines the fundamentals of classical ballet with cardio and strength training. The ballet barre is used for support in both static and dynamic movement, which leads to long, lean, sculpted muscles. The cardio boosts your metabolic rate for increased calorie-burn, and the strength training tones and tightens. No dance experience required; all levels welcome. 60 Minutes.

Class Times: Mondays 10:00am

Cardio Barre/Barre Boxing*

This high-energy workout fuses the precision of barre training with the power and intensity of boxing for a total-body burn. Combining ballet-inspired strength exercises with dynamic boxing drills, this class builds endurance, tones muscles, and improves coordination. The ballet barre provides stability for controlled movements, while boxing combinations and cardio bursts increase heart rate and boost metabolism. Expect a mix of sculpting, sweating, and empowering movement. No dance or boxing experience required; all levels welcome. 60 Minutes.

Class Time: Thursdays 10:00 am

*Please wear non-black soled tennis shoes for this workout! No boxing gloves used or needed.

OUR INSTRUCTORS

Our experienced instructors provide a safe and beautiful setting for your young dancer to grow and thrive. We believe that everything learned in our studio can also be applied to life, and we encourage our students to embody grace both on and off the dance floor

Gayle holds a number of certifications, her most recent being a Zena Rommett Floor-Barre® license. She brings to the Studio more than 16 years of ballet experience, a degree in elementary education, over 25 years of fitness instruction, and a passion for the life, growth, and well-being of everyone who she is blessed to serve.
