At Embody Fitness Studio, our mission is to create a welcoming and empowering space where adults of all ages and abilities can move with confidence, build strength, and feel supported.

We are dedicated to high-quality instruction, inclusive programming, and a positive studio environment that nurtures the whole person — mind, body, and spirit. Through thoughtful movement and intentional community, we help individuals develop sustainable fitness habits that support long-term health, confidence, and well-being.

Our goal is for every person who walks through our doors to feel encouraged, capable, and proud of how they show up — in the studio and beyond.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

  • CYCLE SCULPT

    Our 60-Minute signature cycle sculpt class will help push your limits, but is tailored to also grow your confidence. This class is a high intensity, full-body cardio workout that includes strength training and rhythm-based choreography.

  • BARRE

    This total body workout combines the fundamentals of classical ballet with cardio and strength training. The ballet barre is used for support in both static and dynamic movement, which leads to long, lean, sculpted muscles. The cardio boosts your metabolic rate for increased calorie-burn, and the strength training tones and tightens.

  • IRONMAT

    Our 50-minute signature Ironmat class is a full-body strength workout using dumbbells, resistance bands, and body weight. each class consists of 9 exercises completed 4 times with 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest, followed by a core workout and stretching.

  • BREATHFLOW YOGA

    Our 60-minutes hatha yoga class places an emphasis on breathing techniques, deep stretching, and meditation to promote physical and mental well-being. This practice cultivates strength, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness.

  • ZUMBA & SHiNE DANCE

    Zumba® and SHiNE Dance Fitness are music-based cardio classes that blend simple dance choreography with high-energy playlists to improve endurance, coordination, and confidence — all in a fun, inclusive environment.

With over 40 classes each month, you can mix and match your favorites and attend as often as you’d like.

Please wear something comfy and plan to be in bare feet during class. Bring a yoga mat and water.

For our Cardio Barre/Barre Boxing classes please wear non-black soled tennis shoes.

Please wear ballet slippers to Adult Ballet Classes.

What Should I Bring to Class?

Does my Digital Punch Card or Digital Pass Expire?

Our 4 Class Punch Card and Unlimited Monthly option expire 30 days after purchase. Our 8 and 12 Class Punch Card Options expire 60 days after purchase. There are no exceptions to this, but we will send you an email a week before they expire to remind you to use the rest of your credits!

What is Your Cancellation Policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to retain your class credit. Missed or late-canceled classes are non-refundable, and unfortunately, we’re unable to offer makeup classes.

Please note: The Monthly Unlimited Pass does not roll over. If unused, credits will expire 30 days after purchase—so make the most of it and join us often!

All of our classes run between 50-60 minutes.

How Long Are Classes?

Embody Ballet & Fitness boasts the beautiful Orchard Hall as its home. Orchard Hall is a historic building in downtown Fruitland that hosts our classes as well as community events. Our address is 110 SW 3rd St.
